A bulk beef order includes the following:
Quarter - 125lbs
Half - 250lbs
Whole - 500lbs
Our ranch raised and finished beef is Texas inspected and vacuum sealed. Beef will grade high choice to prime. Cattle are fed free choice grain in an open pasture for 375 plus days. Look around and you won't find beef fed this well anywhere!
This price includes ALL processing fees. There will be NO added charges. This order will be put together from beef we have in stock in our freezer (may have cuts from several beef animals). If you would like to purchase a half, quarter, or whole from one animal by hanging weight please give us a call. Hanging weights on whole beef are between 800 and 1000lbs yielding 550-650lbs of packaged beef.

**Exact Lbs and number of each cut will differ due to variances in animals size, weight, and build. You are guaranteed, however, to recieve the number of premium cuts listed above (or more) when purchasing a whole and the rest of the weight in ground beef. Halves and quarters will be split accordingly. Some cuts may not be available for quarters if there are not more than 2 per animal**
