Our shipping days are Monday-Tuesday to ensure your perishable product arrives BEFORE the weekend. Please make sure that someone will be able to receive your beef upon arrival and place in the refrigerator or freezer. As long as your beef arrives within 2-3 days and is still cold (may be thawed) it can be refrozen for later or placed in the refrigerator for cooking. We do ship using double insulated boxes with dry ice.
